Finding A Fast Way to Lose Weight

Looking for a fast way to lose weight? Here it is not one but five ways to help you find a fast way to lose weight and naturally, too.

1. Set a Purpose

It is important to know why you want a fast way to lose weight. Some ladies want to lose weight quickly, because your wedding day is a few weeks away. Others want to lose weight because their doctor advised them for medical reasons. What’s yours?

2. Set your goal

4. Reduce your daily calorie intake

To find a fast way to lose weight quickly, you need to know the calorie amount you need to reduce. For this you need to find your calorie needs. There are only 4 simple steps:

Step 1. Find your resting metabolic rate (RMR) in first place.

For men, RMR = (10 x weight in kg) + (6.25 x height in cm) – (5 x age in years) + 5.
For women, RMR = (10 x weight in kg) + (6.25 x height in cm) – (5 x age in years) – 161.

Note: 1 kg equals 2.2 lbs

Step 2. Determine your level of activity

Activity Level:

Idle – 1.2
slightly active – 1.375
Moderately Active – 1.55
Very active – 1.725
extremely active – 1.9

Step 3. Now you are ready to solve your daily calorie needs

Need daily calories (kcal / day) = RMR x Activity Level
Daily calorie needs is what your body needs. What we’re eating is your daily calorie intake. If you are overweight, daily calorie intake is likely to be greater than your daily calorie needs.

Step 4 – The recommended caloric intake for a fast way to lose weight.

To lose 0.5 kg or 1.1 pounds a week, will have to reduce your calorie needs by 500kcal. To lose 1 kg or 2.2 pounds, will be reduced by 1,000 kcal per week.

5. Drink more water

Drinking enough water will prevent water retention and thus help you to a fast way lose weight, and naturally. You must drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day. If you weigh 150 pounds, then you should drink 75 ounces of water, which is to 9-10 glasses of water.
